A long time ago, on a travelling show . . .

Way back, when John Smith was even younger than he is now, he inherited an old fairground roundabout from his grandfather. The roundabout was difficult to store and after some years it was decided that it should be sold to a museum. The museum restored the roundabout but sadly the exact location of the roundabout is now lost although it is believed to be somewhere in western Europe.

Several years later when John was older the proceeds of the sale were put to good use by setting up a design and marketing company. And John Smith Design (the strategic, graphic design, packaging design and branding agency) was born.
